Jamar is AMAZING!! Such thorough service and he obviously knows his stuff. We had a community with a camera surveillance system that we could not access as the credentials were set up by previous management, and he got it reset within a day. Also provided a quote for new cameras at a different community within a couple of days of visiting the site! Very efficient, fast, and great communication and follow up. 10/10!

They did a really good job installing our business security cameras, I was able to get a reasonable price and they completed the work in 1 day, 6 indoor cameras and 2 outdoor, the cords were perfectly attached. I was asked by another business owner to get his security cameras installation done, I searched back my emails and finally found them, a late review.

Project: Install, Service, or Repair Surveillance Cameras - For Business
Our HOA hired Technology First LLC (Jamar Lampkin) to install a Lorex 6 camera security system on our brick masonry building. This involved positioning the NVR in a computer closet, running POE Cat 6 cable to 6 different locations on the exterior and garage areas of our building. It was complicated by the height that cameras needed to be positioned, running of conduit required, as well as having to install through concrete and brick. The job ended up taking longer than anticipated because of these complications, but Jamar did well responding to these issues. In the end the installation was done very professionally, and I am very pleased with the installation. Since we just completed the job, I cannot comment completely on the camera system itself, but I am confident that it will work as planned. If you are thinking about installing a video security system on your building; I would highly recommend Technology First LLC and Jamar Lampkin.

I hired Technology First to do a pretty big cat 6 wire pull job at a home I recently purchased. There were lots of complications along the way. Nevertheless, Jamar did an excellent job getting my whole house fitted with gigabit to the desktop and solid wireless access throughout our home and the attached apartment my mom lives in. Jamar was great to work with. He’s friendly while remaining business-like at all times. The results were well worth the quality of work he did. I highly recommend him for jobs like mine as well as his other areas of expertise which include PC build and repair, AV install, and lots more. He’s an experienced IT professional and it shows. Oh, and BTW, I never met Jamar before this job...so this isn’t an insider review. He’s just very good to work with.

Set a time and date for installation followed up to confirm then did the job on the date we had made. Excellent installation. Technology First LLC representative was professional, courteous, and easy to get ahold of for our quote and installation. He did a good job explaining how the system works and answering all of my questions. We have had our system in place for about a week and everything is going smoothly. It is extremely use friendly.
